2. How We Collect Personal Information
Speak Mango collects personal information in the following ways:
- Directly entered by the member during signup and service use (Google OAuth integration)
- Automatically generated and collected during service use (log records, cookies, etc.)
- Collected through payment processing at course subscription (PayPal integration)
- User identifiers collected at community integration (Telegram/Discord OAuth)
3. Purpose of Using Personal Information
Collected personal information is used only for the following purposes:

4. Retention and Use Period of Personal Information
Members' personal information is destroyed without delay once the purpose of collection and use is achieved. However, if retention is required by relevant laws, it is kept for the period prescribed by such laws.

5. Destruction Procedure and Method of Personal Information
5.1 Destruction Procedure
Information entered by the member is transferred to a separate database after the purpose is achieved and destroyed after being stored for a certain period according to internal policies and relevant laws. Such personal information will not be used for any other purpose unless required by law.
5.2 Destruction Method
- Electronic files: Completely deleted using a technical method that makes recovery and regeneration impossible
6. Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties
Speak Mango uses members' personal information within the scope notified in Section 1 and Section 3, and as a rule, does not use it beyond this scope or provide it to third parties without prior consent of the member.
6.1 Cases Where Provision to Third Parties is Possible
- When the member has given prior consent
- When there is a request from an investigative agency in accordance with legal provisions
- When provided in a form that does not identify specific individuals for statistical purposes
Current third-party provision status: Speak Mango does not provide members' personal information to any third party.

- No password storage: Google OAuth is used, so passwords are not collected or stored.

A cookie is a very small text file that the server used to operate a website sends to the member's browser and is stored on the member's computer hard disk.

10.3 How to Reject Cookie Installation
Members have the option to install cookies. By setting options in the web browser, you can allow all cookies, confirm each time a cookie is saved, or refuse to save all cookies.

However, if you refuse to store cookies, you may have difficulty using some services that require login.
11. Changes to the Privacy Policy
If there are any additions, deletions, or modifications to the contents of this Privacy Policy due to changes in laws, policies, or security technology, they will be notified through the service's announcements at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
However, if there are important changes to member rights, such as the collection and use of personal information or provision to third parties, they will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
